"The App is very basic, especially considering how expensive the hardware is. It could not generate a report to get any data out (Although Play Store did say my 1 year old Samsung "may not be optimsed"). The finger sensor is very nice, it is small, light and easy to use."

I tried to get in touch with their Support but after a quick "we'll ask our engineers to double check" I never got any other reply nor support. Original review: This app only works with some specific device. I don't have that device. It was not clear to me that the Wahoo Tickr wouldn't work with this app. It doesn't work because only a certain device works with the app. The app doesn't really describe what that device is. I guess they expect me to google it?"
